30-Day Return Policy (Worldwide)

We offer a 30-day return policy worldwide, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received
  • Be unused and unworn
  • Include all original accessories
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive:

⚠️ Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos as proof so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or damaged items (not caused by us)
  • Items without original packaging or accessories
  • Sale items (final sale)
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products

We also do not accept returns for items that have been altered or misused.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to replace an item, you must:

  1. Request a return
  2. Once approved, place a new order

European Union – 14 Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Conditions:

  • Item must be unused
  • In original packaging
  • With proof of purchase

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: up to 10 business days
